In response to this void, Relative Solutions pioneered the Family Enterprise Leadership System© (FELS,) an online 360 degree leadership assessment and development system designed to address leadership capabilities and development opportunities.  FELS uniquely identifies both the leadership capabilities of potential leaders and the strategic importance of those capabilities to the enterprise as a whole.
